Getitresolve Store currently ships physical products within the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all physical orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed after the daily order cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.K. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be counted as being placed on the next business day for processing purposes.

Delivery Time

  • After an order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • The estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is approximately 4–9 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

  • When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at rovexthebest@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the product and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

  • Digital products, including PDF files, do not require physical shipping.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically using the delivery method specified on the product page or during checkout.
